About the Role

Our Digital team at Azurity is building new capabilities utilizing cutting-edge Salesforce technologies. We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven, hands-on team member who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The Senior Salesforce Tester is responsible for testing and validating Salesforce applications to ensure quality, performance, security, and regulatory compliance across Azurity's commercial and medical business processes. This role focuses on Salesforce platforms supporting HCP/HCO engagement, sales operations, patient support programs, regulatory requirements, and commercial excellence initiatives.

The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to identify defects, improve functionality, and maintain compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, Sunshine Act, and FDA regulations.

Required Skills and Experience

- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce testing, preferably within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare industries.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Life Sciences Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing frameworks for Salesforce applications.
- Experience testing Salesforce integrations with pharmaceutical platforms such as IQVIA, Veeva, SAP, Sales Enablement tools, Snowflake, and MDM solutions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Administration,



Flows, Apex test classes, and Lightning Web Component (LWC) testing.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP), Postman, and Data Cloud validation.
- Hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing and Salesforce DevOps release management practices.
- Understanding of HIPAA, GDPR, FDA, and pharmaceutical compliance requirements.
- Experience using JIRA, X-Ray, or similar test management and defect-tracking tools.
- Basic Python knowledge to support test automation and data validation activities.
- Solid analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a global offshore-onshore delivery model.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Copado Robotic Testing and Salesforce DevOps release pipelines.
- Experience validating Snowflake, MDM, SAP, Veeva, IQVIA, MedPro, or other pharmaceutical data integrations.
- Basic Python skills for test utilities, data validation, or automation support.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery, risk-based testing, and software quality practices in a regulated environment.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial operations and HCP/HCO engagement processes.
- Experience with Data Cloud, AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities, and advanced automation frameworks.
