Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with inbound leads from WhatsApp and digital campaigns
- Understand client requirements and recommend the right service or package
- Explain pricing, process and required documents clearly, then close the sale
- Update lead status, follow-ups and conversions in the company CRM
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Hand over closed clients smoothly to the operations team




- Cross-sell related services such as GST, Trademark, FSSAI and digital marketing

Requirements

- Valuable communication in Hindi and English
- Confident on calls and comfortable working with targets
- Experience in tele-sales, inside sales or service sales is a plus
- Knowledge of GST, company registration or compliance is an advantage (training will be provided)
- Basic computer skills and comfort with WhatsApp Business
