We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sales Executive with experience in field sales, B2B sales, lead generation, and business development. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and managing leads from initial contact through follow-up and sales discussions.

The selected candidate must be based in Vadodara, work from the Halol location, and be willing to travel regularly across Western and Southern India.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through market research, prospecting, networking, referrals, and customer visits.
- Manage leads from initial contact through qualification, follow-ups, and sales discussions.
- Identify and acquire new customers across assigned territories.
- Conduct customer meetings and regular field visits across Western and Southern India.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate quotations and proposals.
- Maintain sales pipelines, lead databases, visit reports, and follow-up records.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends,



and potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support and follow-up.
- Work independently to achieve lead-generation and sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Territory Sales, or Business Development.
- Proven experience in lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Western and Southern India.
- Good follow-up skills and the ability to manage leads independently.
- Basic computer skills and experience maintaining sales reports or CRM records.
- Must be based in Vadodara and comfortable working from Halol.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
