House of Sansa, a Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery Brand, is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team full-time in Raipur.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customers and provide a premium, personalized jewellery buying experience
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery and diamonds
- Handle walk-in customers, enquiries and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with existing and potential customers through calls and WhatsApp
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, orders and follow-ups
- Assist in showcasing jewellery, explaining product details, diamonds, gemstones and pricing
- Coordinate with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Maintain a skilled and premium brand image at all times

What We’re Looking For

- Prior experience in the jewellery industry is required




- Strong sales and customer-handling skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Good knowledge of jewellery, diamonds and gemstones
- Confident, presentable and customer-oriented personality
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients
- Proactive, target-oriented and detail-oriented
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills

Location:Raipur

Job Type: Full-Time, Work from Office

Working Hours:10 hours per day, 6 days a week
