Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented sales professional with experience in dealer and distributor sales in the building materials or construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing the dealer and distributor network, generating business, achieving sales targets, and strengthening market presence in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers and distributors in the assigned territory.

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.

- Drive sales of AAC blocks and other building materials through the dealer and distributor network.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in terms of volume and revenue.

- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and assess market demand.

- Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, and product positioning.

- Coordinate with dealers and distributors for order booking, product availability, dispatches, and timely deliveries.

- Ensure regular follow-ups for outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.

- Implement sales schemes,



promotional activities, and product awareness initiatives.

- Prepare sales reports, market feedback, sales forecasts, and competitor analysis.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.

- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in dealer and distributor sales.

- Experience in building materials, cement, AAC blocks, construction chemicals, tiles, paints, or similar industries will be preferred.

- Strong understanding of channel sales, dealer appointment, distributor management, and territory development.

- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new markets.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
