To propose a plan for adequate resources by providing timely input on requirements of new analytical and spectroscopictechnologiesto meet the companys needs in APAC.

Be a problem solver, with the ability to assess complex and diverse situations creatively and generate original solutions as per business requirements To effectively team up with colleagues in the function to excel in delivery to perform the test material characterization and regulatory studies that fully meet the business and world-wide regulatory requirements.

Deliver assigned projects within time, quality, and costs. Provide technical expertise and creative analytical solutions, and in collaboration with the team member





Collaborate and coordinate with the global vibrational spectroscopy network to standardize the company`s use of optical spectroscopy instrumentation and ways of working to successfully implement in APAC.

Collaborate with Universities and application vendors to explore the depth of applications in the areas of analytical and optical spectroscopies.

Ensure that Laboratories resources and equipment used are well maintained, protected, and documented as per the GLP requirements.

To maintain the highest standards of HSE in the group operations thus contributing to the site HSE performance.
