Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Reltio / MDM Consultant who has strong experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and Reltio and can work directly with clients to define and implement MDM solutions.

The ideal candidate should be a client-facing consultant who can advise on data models, matching and mastering strategies, data quality, governance, and the overall MDM operating model,



rather than being focused only on platform development.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with business and client stakeholders to understand MDM requirements and define solutions.
- Design and implement Reltio MDM solutions aligned with business needs.
- Define and optimize data models, entities, attributes and relationships.
- Develop matching, merging and survivorship/mastering strategies.
- Define and improve data quality rules, standards and processes.
- Provide guidance on MDM governance frameworks and operating models.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define roles, responsibilities and processes for effective MDM operations.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical MDM solutions.
- Lead client discussions, workshops and solutioning sessions.
- Provide recommendations on MDM best practices and implementation approaches.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful Reltio implementation.
- Support data governance, stewardship and data management initiatives.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Reltio MDM.
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts and methodologies.
- Experience in data modeling and MDM architecture.
- Robust knowledge of matching, merging, survivorship and mastering.
- Good understanding of data quality and data governance.
- Experience defining MDM operating models and governance frameworks.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to conduct workshops and communicate with senior business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience translating business requirements into MDM solutions.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working on enterprise-scale MDM implementations.
- Experience with multiple master data domains such as Customer, Product, Supplier or Location.
- Knowledge of MDM integration/API concepts.
- Experience working in consulting environments.
