We are looking for a high-energy Recruitment Team Leader who can lead from the front, manage recruiters, own delivery and drive revenue.

What you will do

- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and drive high-quality, relevant profile submissions.

- Own delivery for leadership, senior and critical hiring mandates, along with IT & Non-IT roles.

- Ensure recruiters understand the role, search intelligently and deliver quality over quantity.

- Take ownership of targets, revenue and client delivery.

- Maintain robust process adherence, recruitment discipline and reporting.

- Review team performance, improve sourcing strategies and coach recruiters to perform better.

- Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and quality closures.

What we are looking for

- 510 years of recruitment experience, preferably in staffing / executive search.





- Experience managing a recruitment team and handling senior/leadership mandates.

- Strong understanding of sourcing, screening and candidate evaluation.

- Someone who takes complete ownership of roles and delivery, rather than just managing activity.

- Commercially driven, target-oriented and passionate about revenue + quality.

- Strong process orientation and ability to bring discipline to the team.

- Comfortable handling both IT and Non-IT mandates.

- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

- Most importantly, someone with the flair and hunger to excel.

Work From Office - 5.5 days a week ( Saturday is half day )
