Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for ITI, Diploma, and skilled/unskilled manpower.

- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, consultants, local networks, ITIs, and other recruitment channels.

- Coordinate with department heads and supervisors to understand manpower requirements.

- Conduct initial screening of candidates based on skills, experience, qualification, and job requirements.

- Coordinate walk-in interviews, trade tests, and selection processes.

- Maintain daily recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview schedules, and hiring reports.

- Follow up with selected candidates regarding joining dates and ensure timely joining.

- Build a strong candidate pipeline for CNC Operators, VMC Operators, CNC Setters, Helpers, Welders, Fitters, Technicians, and other shop-floor positions.





- Coordinate with the HR team for offer communication, documentation, and joining formalities.

- Focus on local recruitment in Rajkot and nearby areas to fulfil manpower requirements efficiently.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and coordination skills.

- Strong candidate sourcing and follow-up skills.

- Knowledge of blue-collar recruitment and manufacturing manpower.

- Basic MS Excel and recruitment tracker management.

- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.

- Proactive approach to local sourcing and candidate engagement.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
