Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Regulatory Affairs professional with proven experience in LATAM (Latin American) markets within the pharmaceutical industry. The candidate will manage regulatory submissions, product registrations, dossier preparation, and compliance with country-specific regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and submit regulatory dossiers for LATAM markets.
- Manage product registrations, renewals, variations, and post-approval activities.
- Ensure regulatory documentation meets country-specific requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submissions and approvals.
- Handle regulatory queries and coordinate responses with relevant teams.
- Monitor changes in LATAM regulatory guidelines and ensure compliance.
- Maintain regulatory trackers, submission records, and approval databases.
- Manage multiple regulatory activities and meet submission deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm is mandatory.




- Minimum 5+ years of Regulatory Affairs experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Prior hands-on experience in LATAM regulatory markets is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of LATAM regulatory requirements, registration procedures, and dossier preparation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple regulatory activities efficiently.
