Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Analyst with solid hands-on expertise in Playwright automation and automation framework design, development, and implementation.

Candidates must have mandatory experience in the Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain, along with a good understanding of EDI/B2B integrations, API testing, SQL validation, and end-to-end integration testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, implement, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Playwright.
- Create and execute automated test scripts for UI, API, EDI, and end-to-end integration testing.
- Validate EDI transactions, including X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON, flat files, and CSV.
- Verify partner mappings, transformation rules, business logic, and data flows.
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman.




- Execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and backend processing.
- Develop and maintain automated regression suites.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects.
- Collaborate with development, business analysts, and operations teams to ensure quality releases.
- Maintain test documentation, automation scripts, and QA sign-off evidence.

Mandatory Skills 6+ years of experience in QA and Automation Testing.

Hands-on experience with Playwright is mandatory.

Experience in automation framework design, development, and implementation.

Logistics / Freight Forwarding / SCM domain experience is mandatory.

Knowledge of B2B/EDI integrations and integration platforms.

Strong SQL and API testing skills.

Understanding of X12, EDIFACT, XML, and JSON formats.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with Jira and ServiceNow (SNOW).

Excellent communication and analytical skills.
