- Category Management:

Develop and execute end-to-end category strategies, RFQs/RFPs, and long-term contracts.

- Vendor &

- Supplier Management:

Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with reliable domestic and international suppliers; manage supplier performance through KPIs and scorecards.

- Cost Optimization &

- Inflation Control:

Drive annual cost-reduction targets, negotiate commercial terms/pricing, track commodity markets, and implement value-engineering (VAVE) initiatives.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Stores, Projects, and Finance teams to align material planning with demand forecasts.

- Inventory &

- Risk Management:

Monitor optimum inventory levels, mitigate supply chain bottlenecks, build business continuity plans, and handle alternate sourcing. [1]

- Compliance &

- Documentation:

Oversee purchase requisitions (PR), purchase orders (PO), Goods Received Notes (GRN), contracts, and regulatory or company compliance standards.

- Team Leadership: Mentor, supervise, and develop junior purchasing and procurement staff.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
