Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise MEP works at residential construction sites as per approved drawings and project specifications.

- Coordinate the installation of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, and other relevant MEP systems.

- Review and interpret MEP drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents.

- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and other project teams to ensure smooth execution.

- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities as per project schedules.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.

- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues related to MEP execution.

- Monitor material requirements, usage, and availability to avoid delays in execution.

- Coordinate with civil and finishing teams to ensure proper integration of MEP services.

- Maintain site reports, work progress updates, and relevant project documentation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Diploma / B.E.



/ B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

- 10–15 years of relevant experience in MEP execution for residential construction projects.

- Hands-on experience in site execution, installation, and contractor coordination.

- Good knowledge of MEP drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.

- Robust coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage site activities and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in residential high-rise or villa projects will be preferred.

- Practical knowledge of MEP systems and construction site practices.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional project teams.
