Role & responsibilities

- Own MSME digital lending products from concept and requirements through launch and scale.

- Work with fintechs, marketplaces and technology partners to launch partner-led lending products.

- Drive product development for co-lending, including partner integrations, APIs, data exchange and customer journeys.

- Convert business and customer needs, along with credit, risk, regulatory and operational requirements, into clear PRDs, product specifications and user stories.

- Work closely with technology and cross-functional teams to deliver products through Agile/Scrum processes.

- Monitor key funnel, customer and portfolio metrics and use insights to improve conversion, TAT, customer experience and portfolio performance.

- Identify opportunities to simplify and automate lending processes and improve the overall digital experience.

- Help evolve partner-led and co-lending solutions into scalable,



native digital lending platforms.

What Were Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus.

- 8–12 years of experience in product management, digital lending, fintech or financial services.

- Hands-on experience in MSME/SME digital lending.

- Experience in building and launching lending products from scratch.

- Prior experience working with Fintech partners, marketplaces, partner-led lending or co-lending.

- Good understanding of the end-to-end lending lifecycle.

- Experience with APIs, integrations, data flows and digital ecosystems.

- Experience working with technology and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

- Robust product thinking, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
