Frame & shape opportunities o

Write lean PRDs/specs and sketch solutions in Figma or as quick prototypes.

Coordinate with leadership and functional leads to evaluate, prioritize, and staff opportunities for execution

Steward the user experience o

Drive delivery o

Maintain and groom the opportunity backlog.

Coordinate with the engineering team to structure delivery plans, align on scope, and keep momentum by eliminating blockers swiftly.

Keep a pulse on progress through transparent tracking and ensure the team stays on course toward high-velocity delivery

Orchestrate go-live, changelogs, communications, and enablement.
