- Solid bias for action with excellent organizational and self-management skills enabling success in a remote and largely asynchronous environment.

Nice-to-haves:

- Understands engineering and can build prototypes to communicate ideas (Framer, Loveable, Windsurf, v0, Figma, code etc ).
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, and familiarity with JavaScript.
