The Role

Own paid acquisition targeting U.S. ultra-HNIs, tech executives and corporate decision-makers, working closely with U.S. marketing leadership to generate high-quality leads and booked consultations.

What You’ll Do

- Build, launch and manage daily campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads
- Target U.S. C-suite executives, tech founders, engineers with RSUs/options and ultra-HNI investors
- Manage bids, budget pacing, negative keywords, ad copy testing and landing page alignment for maximum ROI
- Build and refine high-converting landing pages with creative and design teams
- A/B test ad creative, copy angles, lead forms and offer hooks
- Set up tracking with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and platform pixels
- Track daily KPIs (CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rates) against acquisition goals




- Build real-time dashboards in GA4, Looker Studio or HubSpot for U.S. leadership
- Analyze data to find growth opportunities, funnel drop-offs and channels to scale

Must Have

- 5+ years of hands-on media buying for U.S. audiences across paid search and paid social. India-only experience won’t qualify.
- Proven results with U.S. B2B or HNI audiences in financial services, fintech, SaaS or high-ticket professional services
- Google Ads: expert in Search, Display, Remarketing and Video
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager: account-based marketing, matched audiences, lead gen forms
- Meta Ads Manager: retargeting, custom audiences, lookalikes
- Strong working knowledge of GA4, GTM, HubSpot CRM integration and CRO tools
- Excellent written and spoken English for working with U.S. executives and writing high-converting ad copy
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or Business

Strong Plus

- Experience marketing U.S. tax, accounting, CPA or wealth management services
- Familiarity with RSUs, equity compensation or tax planning
