We are looking for a skilled Senior Operation Theater Technician with 2 to 7 years of experience to manage our OT, ensure a sterile setting, maintain surgical equipment, and assist surgeons and anesthesiologists. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in operating theater management and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage the operation theater, ensuring it is clean and well-maintained.

- Maintain surgical equipment, including checking and cleaning instruments.

- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during procedures.





- Ensure patient safety by monitoring vital signs and responding to emergencies.

- Coordinate with other medical staff to ensure smooth operations.

- Implement infection control measures to prevent the spread of illnesses.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in an operation theater setting.

- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and techniques.

- Ability to work well under pressure and respond to emergencies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

- Familiarity with hospital policies and procedures.

- Good knowledge about Surgical Instruments, procedures, Team Communication etc.
