Position: Junior Engineer

Designation: Jr. NOC Engineer

Experience: 5 to 7 Yrs

Shift: 24X7

Communication Skills: Should be good, there will be customer interaction.

Mode of work: Remote

Base Location: Bangalore / Mumbai / Gurgaon

NOTE: Travel to base office location once every quarter for a week is mandate. They will be responsible for their travel and accommodation arrangements.

Role Summary:

Seeking a Senior NOC Engineer with robust experience in infrastructure monitoring, incident management, cloud operations, and automation. Responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of on-premises and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor IT infrastructure using SolarWinds, Site24x7,



Moogsoft, or similar tools.
- Manage incidents, escalations, RCA, and SLA-driven issue resolution.
- Support Windows, Linux, VMware, Azure, and AWS environments.
- Oversee patch compliance, server health checks, capacity planning, and maintenance activities.
- Automate monitoring and operational tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Generate operational reports and drive continuous service improvements.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, and Security teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and act as a technical escalation point.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in NOC/Infrastructure Operations.
- Hands-on experience with SolarWinds, Site24x7, Moogsoft, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, VMware, AD, DNS, DHCP, and networking.
- Experience with SCCM, WSUS, Intune, or ManageEngine patching tools.
- Exposure to Azure/AWS monitoring and administration.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and scripting (PowerShell/Bash/Python).
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Preferred Certifications: CCNA, CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Azure Administrator.
