Role:

Responsible for managing the complete execution of MEP projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, cost efficiency, and effective coordination between clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end MEP project execution from planning to handover.

- Prepare project plans, schedules, and monitor progress against targets.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, civil teams, and subcontractors.





- Review and approve MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.

- Manage site operations including manpower, materials, and equipment planning.

- Ensure project execution as per approved designs, quality standards, and safety requirements.

- Monitor project costs, budgets, billing, and resource utilization.

- Coordinate procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials.

- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.

- Manage testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final handover activities.

- Prepare progress reports and present project updates to management and clients.

- Lead MEP engineers, supervisors, and site teams for successful project delivery.
