Job Summary:-

SPR India is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager Digital Marketing to lead digital marketing initiatives across its real estate, commercial, retail, and mall business verticals. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies, driving brand visibility, generating qualified leads, optimizing marketing performance, and strengthening the company's digital presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Drive qualified lead generation for residential real estate, commercial leasing, retail, and mall marketing initiatives.
- Manage digital marketing budgets, campaign performance, ROI, and cost-per-lead metrics.
- Lead SEO, SEM, website optimization, content marketing, and online reputation management initiatives.
- Develop effective digital campaigns for brand awareness, project launches, customer acquisition, and footfall generation.
- Collaborate with sales, leasing, CRM, branding, and creative teams to achieve business targets.
- Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and relevant analytics tools.
- Drive social media strategy, content planning, audience engagement, and digital brand positioning.
- Coordinate with digital agencies, media partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Implement remarketing,



marketing automation, CRM integration, and lead-nurturing strategies.
- Prepare periodic performance reports, campaign dashboards, and actionable recommendations for management.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring timely execution and continuous performance improvement.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

Experience Requirements

- 8 to 12 plus years of overall experience in digital marketing.
- Solid experience managing performance marketing campaigns and digital marketing budgets.
- Proven track record in lead generation, campaign optimization, and measurable business outcomes.
- Experience in real estate, commercial property, retail, mall operations, or a related industry is preferred.
- Prior experience managing teams, agencies, and multiple marketing campaigns is desirable.
