- Ownership of POCs, Demos, trainings, PPAP, CFD, processes for Quality Manufacturing in conformance to pre-defined technical specifications.

- Developing mechanical drawings for products including wiring harnesses, fitment aspects, etc.

- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

Key Competencies Required

- Knowledge of quality standards like TS 16949 & ISO-9001 / ISO-9002 and ISO-9000/TS 16949.

- Strong understanding of corporate culture and critical relationships that exist in companies between engineering,



R&D;, Sales, Marketing, Product Delivery, Employee Development, Operations, Finance, and Customers.

- Valuable communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills with external and internal teams.

- PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), Wiring Harness, APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis).

- Lead technical meetings with Customers and negotiate the delivery contents and dates.

- Lead and/or organize Cross-Discipline technical reviews.
