We are hiring a senior consultative pre-sales leader to drive industrial business growth across Oil and Gas, Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, Process Industries, Datacenters and Critical Infrastructure.

The role involves engaging senior client stakeholders, identifying business opportunities, shaping differentiated solutions, building value propositions and leading complex enterprise pursuits from discovery through proposal, negotiation and closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop industrial market strategies, identify target accounts and create current business opportunities.
- Lead consultative discovery, executive meetings and value-discovery workshops with senior client stakeholders.
- Translate industrial business challenges into AI, data, cloud, automation and digital-transformation solutions.
- Develop solution proposals, business cases, value propositions, RFP/RFI responses and statements of work.
- Lead strategic pursuits, commercial negotiations, pricing inputs and go/no-go decisions.
- Build and manage industrial sales pipeline, improve pursuit conversion and identify account expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Architecture, Engineering, Delivery, Marketing and Partnerships teams.
- Develop reusable pre-sales assets, solution offerings, demonstrations and go-to-market strategies.
- Build strategic partnerships with cloud, AI, industrial technology, automation and OEM partners.
- Mentor pre-sales teams and establish effective discovery, qualification and pursuit-governance practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 1215+ years of experience in industrial consulting, pre-sales, solution consulting, digital transformation, engineering services or industrial technology.




- At least 5 years of experience in client-facing pre-sales, consulting, business growth, account development or complex-deal leadership.
- Strong domain expertise in at least two industrial sectors, such as Oil and Gas, Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, Process Industries, Datacenters or Critical Infrastructure.
- Proven experience shaping and closing complex B2B transformation, AI, data, cloud, automation or engineering engagements.
- Understanding of industrial operations, asset management, brownfield environments, IT/OT integration and enterprise transformation.
- Experience in solution architecture, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, value cases, pricing and commercial negotiations.
- Working knowledge of AI, data platforms, cloud, industrial automation and digital engineering.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Business or a relevant discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a recognised consulting firm, global systems integrator, industrial technology provider or engineering-services organisation.
- MBA or comparable postgraduate qualification.
- Experience with industrial AI, predictive maintenance, Industry 4.0, MES/SCADA, asset performance or IT/OT solutions.
- Established relationships with senior industrial executives and experience building strategic technology partnerships.
