Key Responsibilities

- Lead large-scale e-commerce and fulfillment center operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.
- Oversee inventory planning, stock accuracy, order fulfillment, and supply chain efficiency.
- Track operational KPIs and prepare management dashboards to monitor performance.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

- Exposure to WMS, OMS, ERP systems, and analytics tools.
- Graduate or postgraduate in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
