- Manage key accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that meet business objectives.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.

Job Requirements :

- 14-20 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the BFSI industry.

- Proven track record of success in business development, key account management, or a related field.

- Solid understanding of the insurance industry and its dynamics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
