Responsibilities:

- Build and own the product roadmap

- Lead and mentor a team of equally passionate product managers, fostering a culture of innovation

- Market research to keep updated with the ground realities and industry trends and a deeper understanding of the customer needs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive unified product development.

- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

- Manage product budgets and make data-driven decisions throughout the development process.

Basic Qualifications:

- We usually look part the education qualifications and focus on your experience and capabilities alone





- 5-8 years of relevant work experience in Product Management roles preferably in the Fintech or Financial Services industry

- Solid leadership and people skills

- Ownership mindset, always curious, does not take up anything without knowing the Why

- Ability to think strategically and align product goals with overall business objectives.

- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex product concepts to various stakeholders.

- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Industry knowledge, especially within the context of the companys products and services.
