Senior Legal Associate – MSP NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced legal professional to support our global Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring legally compliant, commercially effective supplier engagement across multiple jurisdictions while supporting the continued growth and governance of our global MSP business.

What Youll Be Doing

- Contract Review & Negotiation: Draft, review and negotiate MSP supplier agreements, Second-Tier supplier agreements, amendments, Letters of Intent/Assignment and related commercial documentation using approved contract templates and playbooks.
- Legal Advisory Support: Provide legal guidance and support to the MSP Legal function on supplier onboarding, contractual obligations, risk assessment and compliance matters.
- Supplier Compliance Management: Lead compliance reviews of MSP and Second-Tier suppliers globally, assessing licences, insurance, employment law, tax, immigration, data protection, sanctions, anti-bribery and modern slavery requirements.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate legal and commercial risks associated with subcontracting arrangements, invoicing agent models and extended supply chain structures, providing recommendations on mitigation strategies.
- Client Contract Interpretation: Review client MSP agreements to identify contractual flow-down obligations, onboarding requirements and audit provisions, ensuring supplier documentation reflects these obligations.
- Process Improvement: Identify compliance and contractual process improvements, supporting the development and implementation of enhanced procedures, templates and governance controls.
- Knowledge Management: Research jurisdiction-specific legal requirements and maintain country guidance notes, onboarding criteria, compliance checklists and legal reference materials.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Supply Chain, PMO, Finance, Account Management, Compliance Audit and regional Legal teams to resolve supplier onboarding and contracting matters.
- Supplier Engagement:



Conduct meetings with prospective suppliers to explain onboarding requirements, contractual obligations and compliance expectations.
- Team Leadership: Allocate, supervise and review the work of Legal Executives, providing coaching, mentoring, training and performance support.
- Audit & Governance Support: Assist internal audit and compliance activities by providing legal interpretation and guidance on remediation actions.
- Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records within document management and workflow systems and provide management reporting as required.

What Were Looking For

- Legal Expertise: Strong experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial, supplier, staffing or service agreements.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of MSP, contingent workforce, recruitment, subcontracting or supply chain business models.
- Compliance Knowledge: Working knowledge of supplier due diligence requirements, including employment, tax, immigration, data protection, anti-bribery, sanctions and modern slavery regulations.
- Research Capability:



Ability to analyse legal requirements across multiple jurisdictions and convert findings into practical operational guidance.
- Leadership Skills: Experience supervising, mentoring or developing junior legal or compliance professionals.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with internal stakeholders, suppliers and external partners.
- Organisation & Planning: Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work within agreed service levels.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong capability with Microsoft Office applications and document management systems.
- Professional Judgement: Demonstrated integrity, sound decision-making and awareness of when escalation is required.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: Commitment to maintaining current legal knowledge and supporting operational excellence.
