We are hiring experienced professionals for the Senior Lead / Architect role with strong expertise in Java, React, Full Stack Development, REST APIs, Cloud Technologies, and Solution Architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience designing scalable applications, and the ability to drive end-to-end technical delivery.

- Location: Pune initially, followed by an onsite opportunity in the US/Canada
- Experience: 7+ Years
- Work Model: Client office in Pune, 3 days per week for the initial 3-6 months, followed by an onsite opportunity
- Visa Requirement: Valid H-1B visa is mandatory for the US onsite opportunity.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and React.
- Lead technical design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services.
- Drive cloud-based application development, deployment, and optimization.
- Define architectural standards, coding best practices, and technical guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and guide development teams.
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges related to application performance, scalability, and security.
- Ensure high-quality delivery through effective design, development, testing, and deployment practices.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements





- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, full-stack development, or technical architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, React, Full Stack Development, and REST APIs.
- Good understanding of cloud technologies and cloud-based application architecture.
- Experience in solution design, application architecture, and scalable system development.
- Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to work from the Pune client office 3 days per week during the initial 3-6 months.
- A valid H-1B visa is mandatory for the US onsite chance. Candidates targeting Canada should meet the applicable Canadian work authorization requirements.
