- Sr. Java Full Stack Engineer:

We are looking to hire engineers to strengthen the Product, Engineering and Support function. The primary profile is Java full-stack engineering with strong fundamentals, DevOps awareness, interest in Agentic AI, and preferred exposure to mainframe or legacy modernization. Depending on business need, candidates should be ready to contribute across product brainstorming, design, engineering delivery and product support.
- Candidate should do independent delivery under practical timelines
- Candidates should be open to product engineering and product support responsibilities based on requirement
- New hires need to learn COBOL and mainframe concepts on the job
- Must have test DSA and system design experience
- Mainframe or legacy modernization exposure is preferred

Senior Java Full-Stack Engineer

7-10 years | 1 position

- Strong hands-on individual contributor who can also guide the team
- Owns complex technical problems from analysis through implementation
- Reviews technical approaches, designs and code
- Robust DSA and system design skills are required
- Mentors other engineers when required
- Troubleshoots complex functional and performance issues
- Can guide root-cause analysis for product support issues using logs, debugging and JVM profiling
- Adapts quickly to Agentic AI and modernization technologies

Common Technical Profile

Java / Full-Stack:

Java, OOP,



Spring Boot / Spring Batch, Java servlets, REST APIs, SQL,

relational databases. Frontend exposure with React / TypeScript.

DevOps / Cloud

Git, CI/CD, Docker or containers, basic Kubernetes deployment concepts, application/service ports, AWS or Azure, build and deployment pipelines, monitoring, troubleshooting, and code quality tools such as SonarQube.

Engineering Fundamentals

- Strong data structures and algorithms (DSA) and system design.
- Preferred for mid-level, mandatory for senior. Experience with parsers,interpreters, compilers or data-format work is a plus.
- Engineering Quality Writes tests and carefully checks results. Comfortable with code review and a strict fix process. Pays attention to small details because much of the work involves matching mainframe output byte for byte.

Product Support/Troubleshooting

- Able to investigate product issues, collect and analyze logs, debug Java applications, use JVM profilers when needed, and drive issues toward clear root cause and resolution.

Agentic AI

- Exposure to Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar tools.

Interest in AI agents, LLM APIs, tool calling or MCP is an advantage.

Mainframe/Modernization

- Mainframe, COBOL or legacy modernization exposure is preferred.

Strong Java and software engineering fundamentals remain the primary requirement.
