- End-to-end recruitment experience in technical/IT hiring.
- Experience hiring for Aerospace, Aeronautical & Automotive domains.
- Robust sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.

- Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days.
- Candidates willing to work from the office at Bannerghatta, Bangalore.
