About the Role:

Redbrick Offices is looking for a hands-on IT professional to manage IT infrastructure and operations across our managed office centres, while supporting new centre setups and IT fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage network, Wi-Fi, firewalls, CCTV, access control and end-user IT support.
- Ensure infrastructure uptime, connectivity and IT asset management.
- Prepare and review BoQs for IT infrastructure and new centre setups.
- Coordinate site surveys, vendors, ISPs and project execution.
- Monitor installation quality,



costs and timelines.

What We’re Looking For:

- Robust hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and networking.
- Knowledge of CCTV, access control, Microsoft 365 and end-user support.
- Experience in vendor management, BoQ preparation and site execution.
- Exposure to multi-site operations, coworking, hospitality or commercial real estate is preferred.
- Willingness to travel across regional sites.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
