Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer specializing in modular interiors, residential design, client interaction, and site coordination. The candidate should be capable of understanding client requirements, preparing design concepts, presenting layouts, conducting site visits, and coordinating with execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Space Planning

Understand client requirements, lifestyle preferences, budget, and design expectations. Prepare modular kitchen, wardrobe, bedroom, living room, and complete home interior designs.

Develop space planning, furniture layouts, 2D drawings, 3D views, and working drawings.

Select suitable materials, finishes, hardware, colors, and accessories.

Ensure designs are functional, aesthetically appealing, and within budget.

1. Client Interaction & Sales Support

Attend client meetings and understand their design requirements. Present design concepts, layouts, 3D designs, material selections, and quotations.

Explain modular interior solutions, materials, finishes, and pricing.

Build strong client relationships and follow up on proposals.

Handle client feedback, design revisions, and queries professionally.

Coordinate with the sales team to convert design proposals into confirmed projects.

1. Site Visits & Measurements

Visit client sites for measurements, inspections, and feasibility assessments. Verify site dimensions, electrical points, plumbing, ceiling levels, and other requirements.

Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and installation teams.





Monitor site progress and ensure execution follows approved drawings.

Identify site-related issues and provide practical design solutions.

Conduct quality checks and assist during project handover.

1. Modular Design & Technical Coordination

Prepare detailed modular furniture drawings and production-ready specifications. Coordinate with factory, production, procurement, and installation teams.

Ensure accurate measurements, material specifications, and hardware selection.

Review drawings before production and installation.

Maintain project timelines and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and residential interiors.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other relevant design software.

Good understanding of materials, finishes, hardware, and interior execution.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and conduct regular site visits.

Robust problem-solving, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

4–8 years of relevant experience in modular and residential interior design.

Experience in client meetings, site measurements, design presentations, and execution coordination.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Design quality and accuracy of drawings.

Client satisfaction and proposal conversion rate.

Timely completion of designs and site visits.

Reduction in measurement errors and execution rework.

Coordination efficiency and project delivery within deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
