Team Senior Interior Designers, Interior Designers and 3D Visualizers

Location South India; regional base to be confirmed; client and site travel as required

Employment Type Full-time

Experience Required 8-12 years in interior design, including team and project leadership

Role Summary

Lead day-to-day design delivery for the South region, ensuring consistent concepts, coordinated documentation and timely support for sales and project execution.

The ideal candidate combines relevant functional expertise with collaborative working, disciplined documentation and a strong focus on client requirements in a design and build workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Direction & Briefing
- Translate client briefs into clear design objectives, deliverables and review gates.
- Guide concepts, space planning and presentations across assigned regional projects.
- Team & Workload Management
- Allocate designers and visualizers based on workload, skills and project deadlines.
- Review team output and coach designers on detailing, presentation and coordination.

3. Technical Quality Assurance

- Check drawing completeness, MEP interfaces, material schedules and buildability before issue.
- Maintain drawing standards, revision controls and closure of technical review comments.




- Cost & Stakeholder Coordination
- Align proposals with QS estimates, procurement availability and execution constraints.
- Lead client design reviews and record approvals, exclusions and change implications.
- Delivery & Site Support
- Track design schedules, site RFIs and sample approvals with accountable action owners.
- Review site outcomes and feed lessons from rework and snags into future design packages.

Qualifications & Experience

- Degree in Architecture / Interior Design; portfolio of delivered commercial interiors.
- 8-12 years in interior design, including team and project leadership.
- Relevant exposure to the responsibilities above, supported by examples of work, project outcomes or practical assignments as appropriate to the role.
