- Improve system security, reliability, availability, and performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues.
- Work with development and infrastructure teams on architecture and resilience.
- Drive automation initiatives using Ansible and Terraform.
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives.
