SENIOR HOTEL SALES MANAGER The Grand Kasturi Resort, Katara Hills, Bhopal

Experience Required: 12–15 Years

Job Type: Full-Time | Field Sales

Job Responsibilities

- Generate corporate room bookings and develop corporate tie-ups.
- Conduct field visits to corporate offices, companies, travel agencies and event planners.
- Generate business for weddings, banquets, conferences, birthday parties and other hotel functions.
- Promote restaurant bookings, food packages and swimming pool packages.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and local businesses.
- Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, negotiations and booking confirmations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a sales pipeline report.
- Identify new business opportunities to increase the resort's revenue.

Required Qualifications & Skills




- 12–15 years of experience in hotel sales and hospitality.
- Robust knowledge of corporate hotel bookings and banquet sales.
- Experience in wedding, conference and other function bookings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Must be comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings.
- Strong local market knowledge and business development skills.
