- Employee Onboarding & Engagement: Ensure a smooth onboarding process and implement engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and oversee documentation.
- Performance Management: Assist in designing and executing performance appraisal processes.
- Learning & Development:



Identify training needs and support the implementation of employee development programs.
