Key Responsibilities

•Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

•Design, standardize, and optimize business processes to drive operational excellence and scalability.

•Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort, minimize errors, and improve turnaround time.

•Analyze operational data, identify gaps, and translate insights into actionable business improvements.

•Own key operational metrics and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and productivity.

•Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure timely execution.

•Build dashboards, trackers, and performance reports to monitor business outcomes.

•Identify root causes of operational issues and implement sustainable solutions.

•Take end-to-end ownership of projects, from problem identification to execution and measurable results.

•Build scalable operating mechanisms to support TravelPlus' growth and evolving business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•Graduation from a Tier 1 B-school is mandatory; preferably B.Tech.

•3–4 years of experience in core operations, process excellence, business operations, or operational strategy.





•Prior experience in a manufacturing startup or manufacturing operations environment is strongly preferred.

•Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets, metrics, and business numbers.

•Demonstrated experience in process optimization, automation, and productivity improvement.

•Solid problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach.

•Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills.

•Ability to take ownership, work independently, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
