Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating high-quality visual designs for digital and print assets, including marketing campaigns, product packaging, social media creatives, website graphics, and promotional materials. This full-time, in office role based in Gurugram involves collaborating closely with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to develop brand-aligned visuals that support business goals and enhance customer engagement. Day-to-day tasks include designing logos and brand elements, refining typography and layout, preparing artwork for production,



and maintaining consistent brand guidelines across all touchpoints.

Designer will also mentor junior designers, contribute to creative strategy, and ensure that all design work reflects Khanna Gems Group’s commitment to quality and authenticity.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to create compelling visuals for both digital and print mediums.
- Demonstrated experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive brand identities.
- Solid understanding of Typography, layout, and visual hierarchy to produce clear, elegant, and readable designs.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Proven experience in a senior or lead design role, preferably in retail, luxury, jewelry, fashion, or related industries.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of brand, marketing, and product design work.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into visual solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
