We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with 67 years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in TypeScript and Node.js, along with working knowledge of React and Next.js. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and supporting REST APIs, backend services, and system integrations, along with hands-on exposure to Microsoft Azure and cloud-based application support. The role requires strong expertise in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to ensure application stability and reliability.

Future Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and support applications using TypeScript and Node.js.

- Work with React and Next.js for frontend development, application enhancements, and maintenance.

- Design, develop, test, and support REST APIs, backend services, and system integrations.

- Support cloud-based applications and services hosted on Microsoft Azure.

- Handle production incidents, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure application availability and stability.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurring issues.

- Analyze application logs, monitoring data, and telemetry to identify performance bottlenecks, errors, and system failures.

- Collaborate with development, testing, infrastructure,



and support teams to resolve application issues within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing to ensure application quality and reliability.

- Work with CI/CD pipelines, source control systems, and established software development practices.

- Monitor application performance and contribute to continuous improvement, optimization, and operational efficiency.

- Maintain technical documentation, incident reports, and troubleshooting procedures.

- Support retail or eCommerce applications, where applicable.

Required Qualifications

- 6–7 years of experience in software development, application support, or a related technical role.

- Robust hands-on experience in TypeScript and Node.js development.

- Working knowledge of React and Next.js.

- Experience developing and supporting REST APIs, backend services, and system integrations.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based application support.

- Strong expertise in production support, troubleshooting, and incident management.

- Proven experience performing root cause analysis and resolving complex technical issues.

- Ability to analyze application logs, monitoring data, and telemetry to identify and resolve problems.

- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
