: Senior Full Stack Developer (React)

We are looking to hire a passionate Sr.

Software

Engineer to join a team that develops an enterprise level software solution for video surveillance. The Engineer will work in collaboration with other R&D; functions and participate in all software engineering lifecycle phases, including, requirements analysis, design, and architecture, programming, release, and sustaining. The Software engineer will join the effort of developing new system capabilities, features, and new technology within a complex distributed system that involves advanced video and data management at scale, backend services, databases, and integration with other FLIR and 3rd party devices and solutions.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and contemporary JavaScript/TypeScript
- 5-7 years of total full-stack development experience in building production-grade applications
- Backend expertise in .NET Core; experience with MSSQL or similar relational databases
- Cloud platforms - proven experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (infrastructure, deployment,

scaling)
- Database design - solid understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases




- Version control - proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Skills:

- Frontend Performance: Experience optimizing React js applications for enterprise-scale

performance (bundle size, rendering, lazy loading)
- State Management: Proficiency with Redux, Zustand, or Context API at scale
- Testing: Strong background in unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library) and E2E testing (Cypress,

Playwright)
- Microservices Architecture: Understanding of service-oriented design and API integration

Patterns DevOps Basics: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
- Accessibility & UX: Knowledge of WCAG compliance and responsive design principles
- Mentoring Experience: Track record of onboarding and guiding junior developers
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Scrum/Kanban environments
- System Design: Ability to architect solutions at component and application level
- Security Practices: Understanding of OWASP, authentication, authorization, and secure coding
