Role: Senior Finance & CFO Advisory Manager

We are looking for a business-oriented finance professional who can independently manage client engagements, lead a team and work closely with business owners to improve financial performance and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple clients and oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.
- Develop MIS reports, dashboards, financial models and profitability analysis using Advanced Excel and Power BI.
- Manage Tally, Zoho Books, ERP implementation and finance process automation.
- Handle costing, working capital, GST, TDS, taxation, payroll and statutory compliance coordination.
- Establish SOPs,



internal controls and efficient finance processes.
- Lead finance teams, review deliverables and coordinate with clients and senior management.

Required Skills & Experience

- CA Inter, CMA Inter, M.Com, MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- Typically 3–6 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, consulting or CFO advisory.
- Solid knowledge of Advanced Excel, Tally, Zoho Books, MIS, taxation and payroll.
- Practical experience in costing, budgeting, financial reporting and working capital management.
- Exposure to ERP implementation, Power BI and team management is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to client locations in Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
