Your impact

- Lead annual cost budgeting across Delivery, SG&A; and headcount, with scenario and sensitivity analyses.
- Shape pricing, margins and deal economics, and establish explicit commercial guardrails and approval frameworks.
- Build a monthly performance dashboard and the systems, processes and review cadence to track next years performance.

You’ll bring

- Strong FP&A; and commercial finance experience in IT/ITES, consulting or B2B services.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders while getting deep into analysis, modelling and problem-solving.
- Comfort working across Microsoft tools, including Copilot, and enterprise platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce and Kantata.
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential data.
