Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate sales, business development, operations, and corporate roles.
- Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and meet hiring targets.




- Maintain recruitment trackers, build talent pipelines, and support employer branding.

Requirements

- Experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably in real estate hiring.
- Solid sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in lateral, bulk, or campus hiring is an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
