- Should be responsible to handle tenders published on Other portal apart from Non GEM ,GEM &

- Railway Portal in service industry

- Pre-bid meeting participation and preparing representations for amendments

- Prepare documents for e-Tendering, Studying tender documents, qualification criteria, scope of work, Floating RFQ to various vendors/contractors, collecting quotations, preparing comparative statements, meeting deadlines for the tenders received from public sector undertaking Govt. and other organizations.

- MIS Report preparation/ competitive bidders comparison sheet

- Support and prepare proposal documentation and compliance.

- Liaison with internal stakeholders to obtain input.

- Experience in Service industry
