Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Industry: Garment Manufacturing preferred

Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support day-to-day HR operations.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Manage attendance, leave, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with HODs and department managers for manpower requirements.
- Support employee engagement and grievance handling.
- Maintain HR MIS, reports,



and employee databases.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Support statutory compliance and other HR activities.
