Job Summary:

This role is responsible for ensuring the organization s adherence to all labour laws and statutory regulations. The incumbent will manage compliance audits, risk assessments, and provide guidance on legal HR matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and conduct regular HR compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Ensure adherence to all labour laws (e.g., Factories Act, Shops Establishment Act, PF, ESIC, etc.).
- Prepare and submit statutory returns and reports to government authorities.
- Provide guidance to senior management on legal matters and changes in labour legislation.
- Maintain all statutory registers and records.
- Handle inspections from labour department officials.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Any Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on statutory compliance and audits.
- Technical Skills: Thorough knowledge of Indian labour laws.
- Soft Skills: High level of integrity, detail-oriented, and strong advisory skills.
