Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end HR operations at the warehouse, partnering with Operations Managers and Shift In-charges to ensure effective workforce management, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and smooth HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, engagement, and exit formalities.
- Drive workforce planning, bulk hiring, and blue-collar and contract labor management.
- Monitor attendance, shift allocation, manpower productivity, and payroll inputs.
- Handle shop-floor employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure statutory labor law compliance, contractor compliance, HR audits, and documentation.
- Drive employee engagement,



attrition control, and retention initiatives for frontline employees.
- Coordinate with manpower vendors, consultants, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll teams.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and analyze workforce data using MS Excel and HRMS.
- Ensure adherence to workplace policies, safety standards, and hygiene requirements.

Required Qualifications Skills

- Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in HR operations, preferably in warehouse, logistics, e-commerce, or manufacturing.
- Robust knowledge of blue-collar workforce management, labor compliance, and employee relations.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS, attendance, and payroll processes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.a
