Job Summary:

The Senior Engineer Business Development will play a key role in driving the company s growth by managing pre-tender and post-tender activities, data compilation, and supporting the bid management process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Compilation: Gather and analyze data related to current project opportunities, market trends, and competitors.

- Pre-Tender Activities: Identify tender opportunities, perform initial feasibility studies, and coordinate the preparation of Expression of Interest (EOI) and pre-qualification bids.

- Post-Tender Activities:



Assist in the preparation and submission of detailed technical and financial bids. Participate in post-bid clarifications and negotiations.

- Coordinate with internal departments (Planning, Finance, Technical) for bid preparation.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development within the infrastructure sector, with a proven track record in tender management.

- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of civil engineering projects and the tender process.

- Soft Skills: Excellent research, analytical, and presentation skills.
