Role & responsibilities

- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth.

- Handle sales enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

- Maintain accurate customer and sales records using CRM software.

- Prepare sales forecasts, visit plans,



and periodic sales and market reports.

- Collaborate with the sales team to improve business strategies and performance.

- Manage customer follow-ups and ensure timely submission of reports.

- Flexible packaging industry experience will be an added advantage.

- Basic technical knowledge of electrical, electronics, and mechanical systems.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Team handling experience will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with a technical educational background and proven B2B sales experience are preferred.
