: Senior Engineer – Maintenance

Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 CTC per month

Experience: 3–6 Years (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
- Handle maintenance of injection molding machines, motors, pumps, compressors, and other plant utilities, as applicable.
- Monitor machine performance and take corrective actions to reduce downtime.
- Maintain daily maintenance logs, breakdown reports, checklists, and equipment history records.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality departments to resolve machine-related issues.
- Support machine installation, commissioning, and equipment improvement activities.
- Ensure availability of critical spare parts and coordinate with the Store and Purchase departments.
- Follow safety procedures, SOPs, 5S practices, and applicable quality system requirements.




- Identify recurring breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Guide maintenance technicians and support the Maintenance Manager in daily activities.

Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of industrial machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Knowledge of injection molding machines and manufacturing equipment.
- Understanding of electrical panels, motors, drives, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Valuable problem-solving, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle urgent breakdown situations.
